Stephanie Hibbert has been practicing law in New York for almost ten years with a focus on insurance defense and coverage issues. During her career, Stephanie has managed cases from inception through trial and appeal. Her experience includes premises liability, commercial motor vehicle, labor law, high exposure products liability, wrongful death actions and breach of contract claims. Stephanie has extensive knowledge in drafting dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions for default judgment and motions in limine, as well as discovery motions. Stephanie has successfully obtained three summary judgment wins along with a successful decision in the Second Appellate Department granting summary judgment and reversing the lower court’s decision. Additionally, Stephanie is skilled at achieving equitable settlements for clients.
