Ms. DeWarr has been a civil litigation attorney for more than twenty-five years. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, civil rights, contract disputes, estate litigation, airline litigation and school district litigation.

Prior to joining Dodd DelCollo, Ms. DeWarr served as a senior trial attorney for a national insurance company handling the civil litigation defense of primarily motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. She handled all aspects of cases from inception through mediation, settlement and trial. Ms. DeWarr has also handled multiple appellate cases throughout her career.

Additionally, Ms. DeWarr has completed Mastering the Fundamentals of Mediation 40-Hour Certificate Training through the Center for Negotiation & Dispute Resolution located at UC Law, San Francisco. This additional training provides Ms. DeWarr with crucial skills to assist moving cases towards settlement.
